I've been at Becketts for just over 2 months now and already feel part of the team. The advantage of working in an open plan office is that everyone interacts with everyone else and when the team is as welcoming and friendly as the staff here, that can only be a good thing. I must also say that having a Managing Director, Ian White, who is so focused on the wellbeing and happiness of his staff is refreshing in a day and age of fine margins and pushing for profitability.
Having friendly staff is backed up by the professionalism of the company as well and having offices to reflect this. The offices are something to be proud of and because of this we hope clients will want to come and conduct their meetings in them. Studying for further qualifications is actively encouraged and this has resulted in a support staff almost as qualified as the advisers they are supporting. This shows me the company truly believes in trying to improve standards within the industry.

I joined Becketts as a Senior Consultant in the Private Client team August 2018, having previously worked for a number of smaller IFA firms in the Suffolk area.
I have found the environment to be supportive, positive and friendly. There is a real emphasis on ?team?, with open communication between all areas of the business.
