Recognition for Mental Health Initiatives
Becketts has been recognised for its mental health training when it was ranked as one of the Top 100 financial firms in the UK. Our firm provides dedicated sessions within the workplace for all its staff which are designed to promote emotional wellbeing. “This kind of training is key to our strategic plan and we’re pleased that it’s being recognised in this way,” said Ian White, MD at Becketts.
Becketts has been identified by respected industry publication New Model Adviser and was also recently ranked as a Top 100 firm by FT Adviser, a Financial Times publication.
In addition to the mental health initiatives, Becketts was recognised for its high level of gender balance which is exceptional for a traditionally male-dominated industry. The firm enjoys around a 50-50 split between men and women across all levels.

This is a fantastic endorsement for Becketts, especially when by 2026 over 80% of the working population will be millennials and looking for ‘purpose’ in their roles. Recognising the increasing importance of wellbeing and resilience in the workplace will mean that Becketts will retain, and attract the best staff and remain a market leader in the years to come.
