Employee Benefits Team

Tracey has spent most of her career in the employee benefits sector advising clients from High Street Brands to local SMEs with the same goal, regardless of size, to provide an exceptional customer experience. Tracey holds a range of Financial Planning Qualifications including those in Advanced subject areas. Having been regulated with the Financial Conduct Authority, Tracey’s attention to detail and getting it right first time approach ensures clients receive a high level service. Tracey has amassed a wealth of knowledge and experience in employee benefits which she is now able to share with her team. Tracey is focused on both the career development of her staff and strengthening Becketts position as a Great Place to Work. With offices in Bury St Edmunds, Norwich and Ipswich the goal is to become the premier Employee Benefits Consultancy in East Anglia.
Tracey represents Becketts with Group Risk Development (GRiD), the industry body for the group risk protection sector, promoting the value to British businesses of providing financial protection for their staff, enhancing their wellbeing and engagement. Tracey is married with two children and, in her spare time, enjoys travelling and interior design.

Austin has worked for Becketts for almost 7 years and has accumulated nearly 30 years of industry knowledge. He is experienced in working with large plcs, SMEs, and small businesses. In his role he focuses on helping firms make their employee benefits work harder for the benefit of their business, delivering engaging communications and helping businesses improve their return on benefit spend. Key to achieving this is encouraging employees to understand, value and make the most of what is provided by their employer and delivering better employee outcomes.
He consults on the design and implement of suitable benefit structures, that meet the individual needs of each client. With the support of the Becketts Employee Benefits team he delivers various communication programmes to help increase awareness and engagement.

Nicola joined Becketts in 2001 having worked in financial services since 1996. She has a Business Management degree from Aston University and is a Chartered Financial Planner. Nicola completed nine and half years as a Main Board Director with Becketts before changing focus to concentrate on her passion for client/consultancy work and proposition development. She has a vast amount of experience advising companies both large and small, and she has a particular interest in group companies that have grown through acquisition and need to harmonise benefits.
Out of work, Nicola is a busy mother of two.

Andrew has over 30 years experience in advising corporate clients on all aspects of employee benefit programmes. He believes strongly in building close working relationships with clients. He specialises in designing and implementing benefit programmes that are valued by both the employer and employees and that these remain relevant by regular reviews. He holds the CII Level 4 Diploma in Financial Services, Group Risk (GR1) and Pensions (G60) qualifications.
In his spare time, Andrew enjoys spending time with family, a wide variety of music, swimming and travel.

Martin is an Employee Services Consultant at Beckett Investment Management, working in the industry since 2012, specialising in helping organisations attract, engage, and retain top talent. With a passion for creating positive workplace experiences, he supports businesses in building strong, people-focused cultures through strategic planning and workplace education.
Outside of work, Martin is a board game tactician, football enthusiast, and countryside explorer. He shares his adventures with his fiancé Zoe and their loyal hound Percy, who may or may not believe he’s the real boss of the household.

Stephen joined Becketts as a Trainee Account Manager in the Employee Benefits team in January 2019. His professional and enthusiastic approach has helped him gain a good working knowledge of group risk products, business protection and other areas of Employee Benefits.
In his spare time, Stephen likes to snowboard, play football, watch Tottenham Hotspur and play league poker.

Karen joined the Becketts Employee Benefits team in August 2020 during the Covid19 pandemic and working from home. She has worked in the financial services sector since 1987 for insurance companies, IFAs, mortgage broker and for a large accountancy firm. Although mainly administrative roles she has her Financial Planning Certificate as well as her ATT tax exams.
Now her children are grown up she enjoys spending time with her grandchildren, walking her labradoodle Sasha on the fens, going on holiday and gardening. She also works as a volunteer for Open Door helping at the Newmarket hostel for homeless for vulnerable young adults.

Leonie has a BA (Hons) in Business Management and joined Becketts in 2016. She is currently studying the Chartered Insurance Institute’s Diploma in Regulated Financial Planning.
Outside of work, Leonie enjoys skiing when the opportunity arises, and spending time with family.

Lily started her working life at a local mortgage brokers before moving into financial services in 2018. She has worked in a support role in both the private clients and employee benefits sector with a good depth of knowledge in both areas.
In her spare time Lily enjoys travelling, cooking, baking and spending time with family. She also has an interest in sport and is a season ticket holder at Norwich City Football Club and an American Football fan.

Frankie started his working career at Norwich City Football Club as ‘Saturday boy’ and worked his way up to store supervisor. He is still employed by NCFC currently as a Matchday Supervisor.
He started working at Aviva in 2011 in Group Personal Pensions, then moved to Defined Benefit Pensions, before moving to the defined contribution staff scheme. Frankie joined NW Brown & Company in 2016 as a pensions administrator, then became the Pensions Manager, eventually taking on the group risk department before becoming Employee Benefits Manager. He has knowledge of pensions, life, income protection, critical illness and private medical products.
In his spare time, Frankie enjoys gaming, from the Nintendo entertainment system to current consoles. He also enjoys eating out, watching movies and socialising. He spends a lot of time with his family.

Originally from a rural town on the Essex coast, James moved to Norwich 24 years ago to further his career with Norwich Union (now Aviva). He helped set up the Corporate (Employee Benefits) team in 2001 where he remained until 2012. Since then, James worked with Private Clients, before re-joining the Employee Benefits arena and is working towards his Financial Planning Diploma.
Outside of work, James loves being outdoors and is a keen carp fisherman which takes him to France most years.

Sam has been working in financial services since leaving sixth form in 2015. During that time, he has worked for a couple Norwich based IFA firms in a support function assisting clients with their retirement and wealth planning.
Outside of work, Sam enjoys travelling and spending time with family. His main interest is sports; he is a season ticket holding at Norwich City football club and an avid American football fan.

Charlotte worked for Aviva for 14 years prior to joining NW Brown and, subsequently, Becketts. While at Aviva she worked in Final Salary Pensions, followed by the Staff Pensions team (Defined Contribution Pensions.) She joined NW Brown and joined a blended team of pensions & corporate benefits advisers. She has mostly worked on the Group Risk schemes for the past year and a half and is in the process of taking the CII GR1.
In her spare time, Charlotte enjoys spending time with her family and going for walks. She loves baking and enjoys reading and films.

Kayleigh has been working in the financial services industry since 2013, starting out at N&P Building Society. She has a CeMap qualification and recently passed RO1. She is keen to progress in this sector but this has been placed on pause because she is expecting her first baby!
Kayleigh is an avid runner and, in the past, she would have been found at a race most weekends. She also loves gigs, with her genre of choice being rock/metal. This choice is a surprise to most people!

Katie started her working life at Nationwide Building Society when she was 18 and has been in finance ever since. She moved into corporate pensions in 2018 after working at Moneyfacts, a publication company that compared various pension information.
Outside of work, Katie enjoys running, eating out when possible, an occasional baking session and spending time with her family, especially her ever growing nephew!

Mel has worked in employee benefits for 17 years, starting her career at Aviva within the Group Money Purchase Pension team. She moved to a local IFA firm in 2006 working within the Employee Benefits team. During this time Mel got married and had her 2 children. She has worked supporting IFA’s across both private client and employee benefits; in the last few years, she has specialised in Group Life, Income Protection and Private Medical Schemes.
Mel has recently passed the FA1 exam and is studying towards the GR1.
Outside of work Mel can be found sewing, baking or trying to become green fingered in the garden. Together with their dog, Mel and her family love exploring the countryside.

Ruth worked at Aviva for 7 years, initially in a customer service role within life and pensions before becoming a Quality and Compliance Auditor. She has spent her more recent years at home with her three children but is now happy to be returning to working in financial services at Becketts.
Outside of work, Ruth enjoys spending time with her family and friends, evenings at the beach, baking and cooking.

Ellis graduated from Nottingham Trent University in 2023 in Economics with International Finance and Banking and worked as a Finance Assistant at a firm in Bury St Edmunds before joining Becketts. Outside of work he likes to play football, cricket and golf.
