Beckett Investment Management took home a top prize at the Best Employers Eastern Region awards held on October 6th. The company received the Customer Focus award for small companies which recognises the way it has motivated employees to go the extra mile for their customers.

“This award shows how staff engagement can bring about real improvements to service delivery,” said Ian White, Managing Director at Becketts. “We have always tried to create a culture of development in which leadership and training enable our people to thrive.  It’s a key differential for all companies but it’s especially important for organisations like ours who deliver professional services.”

The Best Employers Eastern Region initiative was created by eras ltd and Pure Resourcing Solutions to celebrate the region’s best employers and supports organisations across Norfolk, Suffolk, Essex and Cambridgeshire to create inspiring, innovative and engaging places to work.

The award follows Becketts accolade as Best Small Employer in Suffolk which also recognised the link between employee engagement and organisational performance.
